What happens after you send it
- Your request reaches us. Press send in WhatsApp and Marco has it. Your details are also sent to our office as a backup.
- Pieter or Marco gets back to you. They'll ask anything the form didn't cover, and may ask for photos or arrange to see the property.
- You get your quote. It covers the layers you need, and only those, with the terms explained upfront.

Is the quote free?
Yes. Asking for a quote costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. If any part of a job carries a call-out fee, Marco tells you before anyone comes out, so you can decide.
Do you do site visits?
Yes. If the job needs someone to see the property before quoting, Pieter or Marco will arrange a site visit with you. For some jobs, a few photos sent on WhatsApp are enough to get started.
Will you look at my existing system?
Yes. Tell us what you already have, such as the make of your gate motor, alarm panel or cameras, and send photos if you can. Marco will tell you straight whether it's something we work on, whether it can be added to, or whether replacing it makes more sense.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Horizon View, Roodepoort, and work across the West Rand and northern Johannesburg, including Florida, Krugersdorp, Randburg, Northcliff, Fourways and Sandton. If you're close by but not on the list, ask Marco.
